Because of the Covid-19 pandemic we are taking extensive precautions to help protect all who enters the practice. Staff and patients are screened for Covid-19 symptoms. Our Covid-19 practice policy also includes hand sanitation, social distancing, disinfecting of surfaces and equipment and the use of PPE. Appointments are scheduled far apart to allow restricted use of the reception area. It also allows for the cleaning of work areas and equipment between appointments.
If you need to have your hearing aids serviced or repaired or if you would like to purchase accessories such as batteries or cleaning materials, please e-mail or phone us so that we can accommodate your request as best as possible. This also allows us to prevent overlap of visitors to the reception area. If you have difficulty getting to us we will make every attempt to assist you, such as sending items to you via courier (batteries, cleaning materials and drying materials). Please note that this is subject to certain terms and conditions.
